Signal 7 Shop Policies for payment, shipping, and returns

Signal 7 Shop Policies Effective April 25, 2011

Payment methods:

Accepted payment methods are available by either Paypal Checkout, or Google Checkout
Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card and American Express.

All transactions are processed by the providers, NO personal information is retained by Signal 7 Shop.

Shipping:

Standard shipping options are USPS Priority, USPS Ground, and FEDEX Air. Shipping options and cost are displayed upon checkout from the Shop.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Some products will be sold AS-IS no refunds. That will be stated clearly in the item.
Otherwise, if there is a problem with the product that makes you dissatisfied, please email at art@signalseven.com for resolution.

Products:
To return an item to us, contact us via email at art@signalseven.com. We will respond with a return authorization number. Send the item within 30 days to:

Pack the item carefully for return shipment.
Include a copy of the packing slip that came with your order.
The items being returned must be shipped back at your expense through UPS or U.S. Post Office. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. We will not be responsible for lost packages or packages damaged by the shipping company.
