Signal 7 Shop Policies Effective January 21, 2016

Payment methods:

Accepted payment methods are available by Paypal Checkout.
(That does not mean you have to have a PP account)
Credit cards accepted are Visa, Master Card and American Express.

All transactions are processed by the providers,
NO personal information is retained by Signal 7 Shop.

Shipping:

Standard shipping options are USPS First Class, USPS Priority, UPS, and FEDEX .
Shipping options and cost are displayed upon checkout from the Shop.

NOTE: Shipping is on a per item basis, as most customers order one product. If I deem the shipping to be excessive, I will REFUND the amount to your account.

Refunds and Exchanges:

Some products will be sold AS-IS no refunds. That will be stated clearly in the item.
Otherwise, if there is a problem with the product that makes you dissatisfied, please email at art@signalseven.com for resolution.

To return an item, contact us via email at art@signalseven.com. We will respond with a return authorization number. Send the item within 30 days to:

Pack the item carefully for return shipment.
Include a copy of the packing slip that came with your order.
The items being returned must be shipped back at your expense through UPS or U.S. Post Office. All merchandise will be inspected and must be free from damage, alterations, or wear. We will not be responsible for lost packages or packages damaged by the shipping company.
